It’s not meant to be a cure but to teach you tools to help you get through difficult situations. I am sorry it didn’t work for you though. However it is beneficial to others. It helped me alot in elementary and middle school. High school hardly anyone knew i stuttered cause I managed it well through tools I learned in speech therapy
