Figured it out? Hi everyone, I’m a person who stutters. I usually deal with heavy blocks, and throughout my life, I noticed something strange, I never stutter at all when I’m walking and speaking or when there’s a music beat playing in the background. It feels like my brain unlocks, and my speech flows naturally. I’ve been exploring ways to replicate this effect in my daily life and thought a vibrating metronome might help. I was wondering if anyone has any idea about this. I’d like a wearable device (like a watch) that can provide continuous vibrations throughout the day. It should be easy to turn on and off with a single button. After doing some research, I think Smartwatches is the closest to this. I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with this type of setup. Are there devices or methods you’d recommend for something like this? Thanks in advance for your help!
