I haven't. I'm doing my best to move in the opposite direction. With action, unpleasant but important action, you can change the feelings of embarrassment and make them neutral, even empowered. But not talking is only reinforcing and stengthing the fear and shame. I agree though, it is very difficult, especially trying to do that on your own. There's where a good speech therapist or support system comes in.
