Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement, and I completely agree with you that the issue lies greatly in stress and anxiety and I think the bad habit of stuttering without trying to fix it forms muscle memories that keeps getting worse. Last semester, I was forced to take an elective and I took beginners guitar class even though my skill was a slightly above beginners (it was open to all levels) . I liked the class because I was confident in what I did as all of the rest of class was truly beginners. During the final we had to do PowerPoint presentation oand I had the same feeling of dread. But even after lying awake at night worrying about the presentation. I presented like I was born on stage, because I felt this ease, familiary and confidence built up through the semester in the class. It wasn't just confidence in playing guitar but confidence in MYSELF as a whole. I can see that the teacher and the whole class was very impressed at my overall presentation. I hope you keep doing your school debates and keep trying, you've inspired me to get better at this.
