If you're really worried, you should see a doctor. However, you should know that this isn't uncommon among stutterers. I remember in our discord reading sessions, two out of like seven of us managed to be completely fluent while reading (and they were very speedy!), despite stuttering in casual conversation. I think this is just another one of those characteristics of stuttering that some people experience, while others do not.
