I had a therapist that didn’t help me, so I quit. I went back a year later and the new therapist was a life changer. You just have to find the right therapist. That being said, the strategies that I learned to help with my fluency did help me, but not as much as I’d hoped. They mainly helped me in the fact that I learned how important breathing was, speak cadence, and confidence over time. The other strategies were interesting but less helpful. Good luck on your fluency journey!
