I'm sorry to disagree but this kind of attitude tends to lead to having an endless junk drawer of words you will fear anticipate blocking on. Clear the drawer and don't avoid those words. You can say those words fluently. Give yourself some time, it's very hard at first but once it comes out and you feel the shock that it did, the association you have of that word with your stutter begins to crumble. Otherwise all these words will be as scary as your name cause you elevate it to the same stature of fear. You know you can say your name when you don't have to. You know you can say the words when you don't have to. These associating words with our stutter are psychological more than anything because it's no longer random. You basically prime the block from the fear of it because you think it's impossible to say.
