Translator/Interpreter. It was my dream since the 5th grade, so here I am. I was submitting mostly written work at uni, never spoke in front of the audience back then. At my first job I had to make a lot of phone calls and participate in various meetings as well. Current position require those plus PA announcements and this is where I concentrate and perform some deep breath. In general people understand hesitance (live interpretation is not an easy task) and are patient. The biggest crowd I was translating for was about 200 people. With aging (now I am 30, M) stutter becomes less obvious, I just quit caring about it.
