Appreciate it, that’s good advice. I’m going to try to work that into my morning routine. One thing I’m trying to do with the anxiety stuff is to approach it with curiosity and acceptance (like objectively investigating what’s going on in my body and letting it be instead of trying to “fix it” or distract myself). I’m going to try the same with stuttering .. instead of trying to resist my blocks, which only tightens their grip. I don’t actually have an R in my name haha, but I do have an M that also causes me a lot of trouble.
