Stuttering during lockdown. Hey friends, The UK has recently gone into a second lockdown, but I've been trying to stay home as much as possible since the first lockdown anyway (I'm fortunate enough to be able to work from home). Anyway, slowly my mental health has been declining, and this past week has been especially hard. This has translated to my stuttering to be considerably worse. I typically have a mild stutter, but recently my blocks have been more severe, which is sort of adding to my mental health decline. My question is, how are other people finding stuttering during the pandemic? And if anyone is in a similar position to me, do you have any advice? Apologies if someone else has already posted something like this.
