Social Security disability claims based on speech loss are rarely straightforward, because they typically involve other impairments. I do not believe a stutter alone would qualify you for SSI or SSDI, especially since you were able to obtain a higher education degree. I could be wrong, and if it is something you are interested in, I suggest you reach out to your state's office.
