Thank you! This is encouraging and as I’m reading it I’m like you know what, me too! Terrible self talk lately. My recent ex was like flirting around for a long time and that took a huge dent from my self esteem. I think my stutter is an external way of realizing that something is very off within me. I’m out of that relationship now but I think it took a dent and this is part of how it’s manifesting
