Of course, you can't have the good without the bad. Not everybody's educated to empathise that many stutters have to wake up everyday and fear in delivering that presentation or standing out from the crowd or even ordering food. I would highly look into speech therapy as it's obviously impacting your self-esteem understandably to care about what others think of you when it's about not making other people's problems about your stutter be your problem that you can still flourish in life. It's also worth checking out a TedTalk by stutterer and singer Megan Washington that she did stutter a lot when delivering her talk but she absolutely nailed it so there's no reason why you can't ever achieve that amount of confidence in future either.
