update: I'm already on my second dose of 20 mg a day of propranolol, from the first day I felt a change that I could verify, I rated my stuttering at 8, with 10 being severe stuttering, from the first day I would say it went down to 5 and now I would say which dropped to 4.5, I have high expectations because as I read, the effect improves more with the days plus I am taking the lowest dose. I think it works for me because my stuttering is quite influenced by fear.
