StutterAI: New (Free) Mobile App for Making Presentations, Speeches and Phone Calls https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stutterai/id6670594327 To my fellow stutterers, I’m very excited to share StutterAI with you— an app I developed to conquer making presentations at work, speeches at events, and casual phone calls. I’m 29M and have stuttered since age 2. Hear me out: have you ever noticed that when you sing along to your favorite song, you don’t stutter? Research shows that the brain functions differently for singing than it does for talking, and stutterers use the vocal cords, lips and tongue differently. Singing is a freeing experience – you're simply following along, knowing what words come next, without stress or worry. Now, imagine bringing that same freedom to speaking. Whether you’re presenting a slide deck to your colleagues at work, delivering a formal speech at a conference, making a toast at your sister’s wedding, or simply reading a book to your child, you can rely on StutterAI to help you stay fluent while doing it. How it works: 1. Prop your smartphone against your computer as a teleprompter or hold it in your hand. 2. Connect your wired or Bluetooth headphones, set your preferred playback speed, and select an AI-generated voice. 3. Speak along to the words as they play in your ears, just like singing along to a song. 4. Adjust playback speed to navigate more complex topics and pause as needed for spontaneous interruptions. I ask that you please give this a try, and please leave a review in the App Store if it gives you success! For questions, issues, or suggestions, feel free to DM or shoot me an email posted on the App Store listing. Note: Android version coming next week! Good luck!
