How to produce speech blocks on purpose?

How to produce speech blocks on purpose? Hi! I do the exercise of stuttering on purpose and the problem is that I can absolutely "stutter" with repeats when I want to, but not do blocks... Which sucks coz my only problem is blocks! I just cannot purposefully produce the same struggle as I have. How do I do intentional blocks?
