Hardest syllables?

Hardest syllables? Are there certain letters, syllables, or whole words that you get especially stuck on? I have a really hard time with a phrase if there are a lot of R’s, S’s, P’s, and D’s in it, they all get stuck together and my whole mouth kind of just fails.
