My friend, I understand your frustration. My bold advice is this: those things you would do if you were fluent, please be brave and begin doing those things. You didn’t choose to stutter, and should not be held accountable for this. Many who stutter and have full lives and thriving careers have overcome the problem of stuttering, and continue to stutter. I wish you the courage to act in spite of the unique challenge of stuttering.
