It is appropriate to mention your stutter at a job interview? What are your thoughts? I have a moderate stutter that is noticeable as I have prolong speech. If you do believe it is appropriate, do you reckon this is all right to say: “Before we begin, I’d like to mention that I have a moderate speech stutter. This speech stutter does not get in the way of my responsibilities as a Team Member and I am still able to deliver exceptional customer service, despite having one. I do ask for your patience during this interview and to allow me extra time when articulating my thoughts. “ Thanks guys for reading.
