I have achieved my own "worry-free" stutter just through improving my confidence & having past evidence of my success. What do I mean by that? 1. Start talking about your stutter to somebody. Admitting that you have a problem - that your stutter - is the first step towards improvement. 2. Get exercising. Build a six-pack & some muscle and conversation won't be a problem for you. Increasing my confidence & self-esteem absolutely destroyed any fear I had over my stutter. 3. Fail a lot. You have a problem when anticipating that you are going to block. Well, try it anyway. I had this issue too, but just taking a deep breath & starting immediately, fixed it for me. This feeling is the same as trying to cold approach a girl. The first time, you will be shitting bricks anxious. The second time, you will be 10% less scared & so on. The 10th time you won't be at all scared because you have been through 10 tries already. 4. Succeed once. When you give your first "successful" ,by your definition, presentation or public reading - you will have broken through the wall of doubt about your abilities. Because think about it - do you know if you can publicly speak without embarrassing yourself or in your case - anticipate a word you will stutter on, but still say it perfectly. Because from my own experience, even if I have that feeling, it is more times wrong that correct. Hope this helps! P.S. I would love to chat to anyone & give feedback to fix their stutter. DM me, freely! Have a great day!
