Ohh I understand your pain so much! I work in an environment where I have to introduce myself on a daily basis..and I work with people 80% of my time at work. I haven't found a miracle way of saying my name, but every time I can't say it, I unapologetically explain my situation with stuttering, somehow maybe finally say my name and ask name of the other person. Or if it's in group setting I do the explanation and then just say thank you and proudly smile. What follows after is in the hands of others, do they pay attention to your stuttering and point it out or talk about it, or they just except that you have it and move on. Somehow after addressing my stuttering in the beginning helps me feel more comfortable later. But nevertheless I still dread introducing myself every single time.
