Speech therapists will teach you to have a soft start. Say a "h" sound as softly as you can to start the word. If your name is Simon, say hhSimon. It's its almost undectable for people listening. Clearly you have a lot of anxiety and tension about saying your name. I have a stutter greatly affected by anxiety too. The best personal advice I can give is work on way to reduce your anxiety. I meditate for ten minutes every day when I notice my stutter is worse then usual. It's not immediate but it definitely helps. And say your name to people as much as possible and just stutter. They'll get it eventually and you'll do it so much you'll lose some of the anxiety about. Exposure therapy and acceptance has helped me alot. I even force myself to use a drive through periodically just to show myself I can.
