I think I'm a bit like this too. I definitely stutter and have since early childhood, but I also run my words together, repeat myself, talk way too fast when not purposefully forcing myself to slow down, but I think all of that is bad habits I developed as a kid to try and disguise the stutter. Before I was 4 and had no stutter, I spoke very eloquently and clearly. Not too fast or slow. Some people even thought I was British even though I was Australian! Edit - I just googled it and I definitely clutter, but only when I get flustered or am extra intimidated by someone or uncomfortable. I read that 1 out of every 3 kids who stutter also clutter.
