As a stutterer I'll just say that saying "it was a pity that you stuttered" isn't a great comment. Just focus on things like the content of the presentation and posture. Either way, how he should be graded should be on the teacher. I assume people with disabilities get some different grading scheme. Same should apply here if this person stutters so much.
