It will honestly oscillate throughout your life. I've had moments where my fluency was at 100% and times where I found it crippling to the point that self-consciousness about it made it a vicious cycle. YMMV of course! I've found that therapy paired with anti-axiety medications has been the best aid in helping my fluency personally!
