Squeezed throat

Squeezed throat Does anyone else feel when they're about to stutter on a block that their throat gets or feels tight?? I looked up throat tightness and anxiety always comes up. I say this cuz i always thought i was very comfortable around family and not at all worried or scared yet i noticed my throat gets or feels tight and tensed even with them? Is anxiety a bigger issue than i think it is
