I found this works in almost every case. Just one added tip on what I like to do. Right before you know you're about to do a presentation or any form of public speaking, take a deep breath, and tell yourself 'I'm the baddest mother\*\*\*\*\*\* in here.' Usually helps a little with confidence and anxiety.
