Can't speak for op but I would say a stutterer can achieve a normal social developed life the same way non-stutters do. There is no formula and the concept of a normal social life is variable but having a stutter is not an absolute block to such. Stutterers have jobs, friends, relationships, goals, interactions, dreams, etc. Is it harder? Yea of course. But imo it's doable. I doubt op was saying stutters do not effect the lives of those who have them.
