Stuttering in the word “Do”

Stuttering in the word “Do” I always stutter on the word “do” and it’s really annoying. Whenever I’m trying to socialize with people I want to ask them a question like “do you [blank]” but I can’t get it out of my mouth because I’m scared I’m gonna stutter. And if I do get it out and say “do” I either say really it fast and inaudible or I say it slowly like “d-doOooO” please help
