Hey, Firstly, it’s amazing that you’re aware of this. My speech therapist and I work on M, P, B a lot and apparently they’re similar sounds. I think they may be called ‘Bilabial sounds’. I’m not sure. My speech therapists makes me repeatedly practice saying sounds like - ma, me, moo, mow etc, for all the letters I struggle with. Hope this helps.
