Stuttering isn't taken seriously as a disability I've noticed that a lot recently, when I tell people I have a disability because of my stutter, they laugh at me and tell me its not a big deal. But it is, I have blocking stutter and sometimes cant even get words out. On bad days, talking is such a chore, and it has disqualified me from multiple career options that require fluent speech. Anyone else feel like our struggles aren't taken seriously?
