Thanks for the info. I am in US. Unfortunately it was a year or two ago and I forget the name. Im sure I could inquire. If theres an easy way to do this please let me know. Yeah I was really taken aback that he acted that way. Silver lining was he reduced my fine to $50 as opposed to the 150 - 200 everyone else was getting because he realized quickly he was an asshole. I informed him that I stutter, but I really couldn't tell him what I wanted to say (like you're highly inappropriate and embarrassing me infront of 100+ people). Judges and their egos..who knows what would have happened. Hindsight 20/20 I wish I did very long voluntary stutters for the rest of my responses just to troll him lol.
