Couldn't agree more - that's why the community I started is called "Stutter Freely" because that's exactly what the goal is. Our community is specifically for professionals who stutter (if you're interested feel free to join for free here [www.stutterfreely.com](https://www.stutterfreely.com)) who are very anxious in the workplace and around other colleagues they study/work with. Meeting more like-minded folks and building more acceptance in our speech is the exact goal of this community. This will help reduce anxiety and I couldn't agree more with your post.
