I own a business - these girls would be fired immediately. If one of my employees offended someone by making a comment about their ugly outfit or cracking a rude joke; fine.. Do I condone it? No. Unprofessional? Definitely and will be warned. But making remarks, laughing, grinning about a shortcoming you can't necessarily change like a withered arm, clef palette, blind, stuttering etc etc - yeah you're ass is out of here and I would make them know they are a piece of shit too. You just don't do those things - especially today with such a push for social change. There's no room for said behavior. Of course these girls would deny it or make something up
