Yes. I had to make a phone call yesterday and I stuttered terribly. I cringed so hard after the phone call and felt like shit about myself. I stutter, but I mostly stammer. It is worse over the phone than in person. I don't know why. For me, I never used to have this issue when I was a kid. The only time that I really stuttered was when I got angry. But as I got older I noticed that my dad has a mild stutter/stammer too. He just hides it very well. I didn't notice mine was getting bad, or really starting until I hit 21 following a traumatic event. After the traumatic event, I started stuttering. Needless to say, it has made life very difficult. I know how you feel. It fucking sucks
