Well my step dad doesn't really know a lot about my situation since he's been my step dad for only a year now and my mom has known about my issues since I was little , I went to speech therapy once or twice but I didn't like it ( ofc I didn't ) they should have pushed me to go more , maybe this wouldn't be happening Sometimes it is severe , sometimes it is not , I have found workarounds but then I speak like a toddler , using words in ways they shouldn't be used and I have a pretty developed vocabulary in my language but due to my problems , do I need to go on?
