I used to have a very bad stutter to the point where I could barely talk, but for some reason it went away, I guess as I grew more confident. An important thing I think you should know is that you always have options, and nothing is ever permanent. Even if you feel like you are stuck in a routine of embarrassment and self consciousness, it will not be that way forever. Secondly, you always have options. I am not recommending anything myself (because I haven’t done any of this) but you could be homeschooled, write stuff down instead of speaking, etc. You can always make a change if things get too rough.
