Dude this is me with literally everything. I usually get off at bus stops which i can pronounce without having a stroke. Usually it's a stop 2-3 stops away from mine whichever I can say first. If I have to get down at my stop, I'd yawn while saying the name so it comes out smoothly or I'd quiz the collector on the stops and stop him when he guesses mine. Another technique I use is speaking in another accent. Works 8/10 times.
