If you stutter when you speak to people but never when you're on your own then you must read 'redefining stuttering' by John Harrison as the content directly applies to people like you. I stutter just as much when I'm on my own so there's only a bit of value I can get from it. After reading it you can even contact him and people that work in his course, I've heard they're very responsive.
