People just don’t understand man, I feel that so much. Honestly I’ve struggled a lot with that so I started to start my own company where I’m the one in charge, no rude comments from the boss and so on. It feels a lot better, it was hard at first but in my opinion it’s worth it. Maybe it’s something you could do? Show it to them that you’re far more capable than they are, like I know you are.
