im not sure if this works for u but usually my stutter would reduce by at least 90% just by simply reading off a script. but of course if its a formal thing then u shouldnt read it off word-for-word. just throw in some different words, phrases or even paragraphs to make urself looks more "professional". to be frank, no one will take u seriously if u read off a script word for word. hence, u should change it up a bit whenever u can, u can also add a new point on the fly (thats even better ngl) as ur speaking. acquintances who dont know that i stutter actually see me as a (quoted from them) "public speaker material". its all about confidence and ur posture. put ur chest high (not so high obviously), shoulders back, have a little bit of hand movements, have frequent eye contact with ur audience, do subtle nods as u speak (while engaging eye contact) to engage with the audience 👀 its been a while since i did speeches but these are the tips that i had! all the best!
