I’m a huge proponent of “stop trying to hide”, which is something I only finally out after age 40. I spent SO much time and energy in my life focused on how I’m different and how I can try to trick myself and everyone else that I’m not… never ending cycle and guess what it rarely works!!! So I just let it go… Hey people I stutter so be patient with me. Spoiler alert, if people aren’t patient with you they’re total A-holes and it really stinks to be them.
