I agree. I do have tips to stop expecting a stutter: \- every stutterer stutters on a different level and uses different perceived stresses. Every person is impacted differently, certain words impact them more than others. Conclusion: don't directly copy other people's affirmations. Use your own 'thought process' and include this in the affirmations \- Also, use your own 'language', word syntax when writing down affirmations because what works for others doesn't necessarily work for you What else did I miss? Any tips how I can learn to not care about my stutter expectation and perceived stresses?
