Rejected myself for a job role A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked me about the availability for interview. I replied back saying, I won't be eligible as I stutter. The qualifications I have are suitable for jobs which are communication heavy and in interviews I mess up answers big time. And i am losing my prime years of life(25-40) in this interview anxiety.
