I always thought it was my alcoholic abusive father… I vowed to never be like him and hated him for giving me the stutter. Now I have my own children and vowed I would never be like him so I don’t curse them with a stutter… my seven year old son started stuttering two years ago when he was five. I guess I was wrong. 😑
