Bullying?

Bullying? I recently faced a deeply hurtful situation when my cousins, aged 15M and 13M, laughed at my stuttering literally laughed at my face. And our mothers remained silent. It was a moment of profound betrayal as they're very good friends with me. In addition, there was another incident with a 12F cousin, which made the situation even more difficult to handle. As someone actively working on my stutter through speech therapy, these moments cut deep. I find myself grappling with whether to offer advice, educate them or ignore it. Has anyone else dealt with similar situations? Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated. It's a tough journey, especially on days when stutter feels overwhelming despite progress.
