depends if u get a little high it’s been better in my experience but too high it’s a nightmare, alcohol defff helps but idk if that’s just bc i’m too drunk to even notice it. tbh and this is just for me anxiety medication or ssri’s do the trick, but obviously don’t take anything that’s not prescribed to u
