I don't think this is a great thing to post. There are many different forms of stuttering, for example there can be abnormalities in the motor control of speech, the result of stroke or other brain injury, or some other congenital defect. For those just born with it like most of it, the cause is not known. I understand you are trying to help, but to claim you figured it all out is asinine. Please refer to rule 3: you can say what works for you, but without evidence based practice this post is more hurtful than helpful. The rule explicitly states to not use the word "cure" as there isn't one.
