Business analyst and some UX/UI. Work from home, small team, lots of meetings but small and made of known people. I still stumble a lot but I care less about it. Not a lot of margin for career growth given my avoidance of public speaking, but I don’t care much about my line of work anyhow. And growth sometimes means people management, which I am not interested in.
