I stuttered until I was 36. I'm 37. Completely recovered. No tricks. The root cause of my stuttering were orofacial disorders too. It sounds like you already have a good background on this issue. At 3, I don't necessarily think therapy is required (yet), but most definitely get an evaluation, so you can rule things in or out. I wish this were done for me when I was your daughter's age.
